Organization Structure

Director :

Director is the head of the organization and provides voluntary services. He presides over the meeting of Executive Board. He guides CEO to implement the decisions taken in the Executive Board and also helps in smooth work for the Company.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) :

CEO is the head of all projects running under Company. He conducts monthly meeting of all the Project Heads. He is responsible for recruitment of the staff of different projects. He also implements the decisions taken by the Director.

Manager :

Manager is the project head of project running under Company. He communicates project progressto Head Office regularly and on demand also. He is responsible for different projects and funder. He also implements the decisions taken by the Director and CEO.

Assistant Manager 

Assistant Manager always assists the manager of project running under Company. He communicates project progressto Head Office regularly and on demand also. He works to facilitatethe smooth functioning of projects. He also implements the decisions taken by the Director and CEO.

Accountant :

Chief Accountant takes care of the transactions related with different project running under the Company. He arranges the money for smooth functioning of projects. He also deals all the money matters with the help of Director and CEO.
